Bar Bodega Gol at Carrer del Parlament 10 in Sant Antoni is an 80-year-old bodega (founded c. 1943), regarded as a temple of the Catalan 'esmorzar de forquilla' — the hearty fork breakfast. After a 2024 relaunch by self-described 'bar archaeologists' Sergi 'Setxi' Fernandez and Eduard Jarque, it passed in 2025 to the owners of Gracia's Bodega Manolo, keeping the marble tables, wooden barrels and long bar intact. The kitchen serves traditional Catalan home cooking — cap i pota, callos, fricando, esqueixada de bacalla — with the day's specials chalked on the board.
